Our clients presented plans for a YMCA neighbourhood childcare facility, incorporating a Swimming School. The Lush team worked alongside local Ballarat Commercial construction group, Buildspec Constructions, to deliver the swimming pool portion of the project.
While the pool was essentially just a large scale pool, the project required many technical adjustments and upgraded equipment to meet the needs of the commercial pool setting: Upgraded gas heating to allow year round swimming comfort, installation of underground balance tanks to accommodate pool wet edges and a second equipment set up to ensure quality filtration and sanitisation of the larger pool.
